Job Description:
A company is looking for a Purchase Mortgage Sales Manager (East
Coast).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pipeline management and ensure timely processing of
loans
Support the sales team by reviewing loan scenarios and assisting
with structuring files
Conduct training and monthly meetings with Loan Consultants to
discuss updates and policy changes
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of full-time refinance or purchase loan origination
experience
Current and Active NMLS license; additional state licenses
preferred
Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
