Description:Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for a 286-unit apartment community of Timberridge Place Apartment Homes. This apartment community has an outdoor swimming pool and Spa, basketball court and Playground.The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing including answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents. Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy.Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.Possess current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run work-related errands when needed.High School degree or equivalent.
