  Compensation & Schedule:

  • Annual Salary: $105k - $125k
    
  • Shifts: 11 PM or Midnight start time with approximately 12-hour routes.
    
  • Work Week: Choose between Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday.
    
  • Location: 11720 Ellingson, Sherwood, OR

    Position Overview:
    As a Field Service Technician (FST I), you ll be operating a company vehicle to service grease traps, used cooking oil bins, and other non-hazardous materials at restaurants, industrial plants, and more. You ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies while delivering top-notch service.
    
    
    Key Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Drive safely and follow all DOT regulations while on the road.
      
    • Clean and maintain grease traps, oil-water separators, and related equipment as per customer needs.
      
    • Use technology (tablet) to complete service reports and track your progress.
      
    • Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
      
    • Ensure services are completed on time and in full, minimizing missed stops.
      
    • Complete required paperwork and reports daily.
      
    • Adhere to all safety and compliance policies.
      
      
      
      What We re Looking For:
      
      • 
        
      • CDL Class A or B License with tanker endorsement (required on day one).
        
      • 1+ year of CDL driving experience.
        
      • Experience with vacuum trucks or roll-off trucks (preferred, but not required).
        
      • Physically able to lift 55 lbs or more.
        
      • A solid driving record (max 2 moving violations in the past 5 years).
        
      • A desire to be part of a team that supports each other and works safely.
