Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Planner II to join their team. As a Production Planner II, you will be part of the Planning team supporting various departments including Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, Logistics, Finance, External Sales, Factory Partners, and Purchasing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production Planner IILocation: Beaverton, ORPay Range: $38.46/hrWhat's the Job?

• Utilize, develop, communicate and apply innovative and effective solutions to unique challenges and opportunities in support of targeted operational and business priorities and objectives.
• Manage and communicate tool shop priorities, both short term detailed scheduling and mid-long term planning.
• Maintain planning system data integrity and advance planning system analytics and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and/or projects as needed, working independently to identify, explore, and solve problems.
• Generate reporting and conduct analyses to inform business decisions while building new processes and implementing standard methodologies.What's Needed?
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Strong Excel ability, including setting up automated spreadsheets and building complex formulas.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Desire to work in teams to achieve a common goal.
  • Previous advanced planning system experience is preferred; ASCM CPIM or similar planning certification is a plus.What's in it for me?
