Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience in o9 Demand Planning and o9 Supply Chain Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of o9 Demand Planning solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
• Oversee the integration of o9 Supply Chain Analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical expertise in the development and deployment of scalable supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of o9 solutions with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to o9 applications.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in the use of o9 technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management and o9 technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes through innovative technology solutions. Qualifications
  • Must have extensive experience in o9 Demand Planning and o9 Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Should have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience in hybrid work environments.
  • Must be able to work effectively during day shifts.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have experience in other supply chain management tools and technologies.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain solutions.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 to $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
