IS Architect - Tech Workforce

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Specialist IS Architect - Tech & Workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and architecture efforts for workforce planning and scenario modeling systems
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate workforce planning requirements into technology solutions
Serve as the technical lead for HR technology projects, ensuring alignment with business needs

Qualifications and Education:

Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of information systems experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
Experience in workforce planning and scenario modeling systems like Workday Adaptive Planning, Orgvue, and Anaplan Workforce Planning
Strong understanding of HR technologies related to workforce strategy and planning
Experience working within the SAFe Agile framework
Ability to mentor less experienced team members
