Job Title: Sewing Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician/Sales Associate

Location: Bend, Oregon

Schedule: Full Time
-Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician and Sales Associate to join the team in Bend, Oregon. This role focuses primarily on the maintenance and repair of sewing machines, with additional responsibilities in customer service and store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, particularly with sewing machines, and will be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various machine issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sewing Machine Maintenance and Repair: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on sewing machines. Address and resolve mechanical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their repair needs, provide expert advice, and ensure their satisfaction. Communicate clearly and professionally to address any concerns or questions.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting sewing machines and related products as needed. Provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Contribute to a tidy and welcoming store environment.
