Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Bullhorn ATS Analyst for a 3-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Bullhorn ATS implementation tailored for nurse staffing
Manage and configure all Bullhorn modules, including recruiting and credentialing workflows
Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Bullhorn ATS implementation and configuration
Strong understanding of nurse staffing processes and compliance requirements
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements
Experience in documenting system configurations and workflows
Capability to identify and resolve system issues promptly
