Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cerner SurgiNet Application Support
Analyst to provide application support and troubleshooting for
healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and troubleshoot customer incidents and service
requests
Assist in providing functionality demonstrations and end-user
education
Monitor system performance and report anomalies while making
recommendations for improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in Cerner/Oracle, specifically SurgiNet, with knowledge
of other modules preferred
3+ years of experience in application support or implementation
License or certification in a clinical specialty or relevant work
experience preferred
Software implementation experience preferred
