Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide
technical support for hardware and software used in content
delivery and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier I/II support to end users and prioritize service
requests
Build, deploy, and support end user desktops, laptops, and mobile
devices
Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and software
assets
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in servicing/troubleshooting IT
equipment
Microsoft certifications and ITIL V3 certification desired
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint
Willingness to be on-call for occasional night and/or weekend
support
