Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Travel Consultant
responsible for managing travel arrangements for government
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Book and issue domestic and complex international travel
itineraries using a GDS system
Provide excellent customer service and travel expertise to clients
through various communication channels
Maintain knowledge of federal travel regulations and ensure
compliance while managing travel requests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international
travel, specifically for government clients
Experience using a GDS system, with Sabre required
Understanding of federal travel regulations, including the Fly
America Act and Open Skies Agreement
Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends as
needed
