Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior IT Process Analyst to analyze,
design, and implement efficient IT processes for government
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Map, define, and review business processes while creating
flowcharts and standard operating procedures
Conduct data analysis and produce Business Intelligence reports to
enhance operational visibility
Provide expertise on ITSM business systems and support knowledge
management efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Master's Degree in related fields
Professional Certifications in relevant areas such as PMP or
ITIL
Experience in IT or cybersecurity, particularly supporting DHS CISA
programs
