Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full-time Benefit Advocate in Member
Services to support clients with employee benefit enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls in a professional and positive manner
Respond accurately to caller inquiries and document call
details
Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the processing of
transactions
Required Qualifications
Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance
provider experience preferred
Strong customer-centric mindset
Comfortable with technology
Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload)
required
Ethernet cable connection highly recommended
