Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to
administer and support 401(k) plans.
Key Responsibilities
Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including IRS Form
5500
Educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plans and
related documents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must be 18 years of age
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
work experience preferred
Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
