Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate for remote
work in PA or OH only.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries related to
benefits, eligibility, and claims
Guide customers in understanding their health care options and
navigating related processes
Research and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up with
customers
Required Qualifications and Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
Ability to build rapport and respond to customer needs
compassionately
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
Successful completion of customer service training classes is
required
