The starting pay for this position is $20.50/hr and offers pay increases up to $27.00/hr for gaining proficiencies in various production lines.

Job Description

The Manufacturing Operator will learn to produce unique pheromone-based pest control products working across various manufacturing equipment and operating in small teams. We are an entrepreneurial-driven, fast-paced organization with decade-long, double-digit growth that hires highly motivated and trained professionals for our teams.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated manufacturing or operations professional who wants to build products that fundamentally change the nature of the global food supply. We're looking for those who can effectively train and carry out safe and efficient manufacturing processes across multiple product lines.

Beneficial Skills/Experience:

• Positive attitude with a desire to contribute to a healthy work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in an industrial/manufacturing setting
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is helpful but not required

  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00a-3:30p
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods as well as bend, twist, and lift
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
