Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate to manage and
coordinate service requests from employees regarding their
healthcare and wellness benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to benefit inquiries and assist members with questions
regarding enrollment and life events
Conduct outreach to providers and networks to resolve issues on
behalf of members
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of
participant information
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service
experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
Ability to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a 24/7 call
center environment
Must reside in specific states: IL, MT, IN, IA, KS, MO, NC, NM, OK,
PA, TX, or WI
