Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join
their North America Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Support worker's compensation audit and reporting
Maintain payroll tax database and manage state-specific
unemployment tax rates
Assist with 401K administration, including annual testing and audit
support
Required Qualifications
General knowledge of payroll, payroll tax, and 401K
Strong organizational skills
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with a willingness to learn new
technology platforms
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
Self-starter motivated to meet reporting deadlines
