Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Coordinator to
support proposal management processes across various
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of proposal volume development and oversee
proposal schedules and deadlines
Integrate win themes and discriminators into proposal deliverables,
ensuring compliance and compelling content
Collaborate with the Business Development team and facilitate
proposal color team reviews
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of proposal experience in competitive
opportunities
Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Microsoft
Office suite
Past experience supporting RFP/RFIs in the government contracting
industry
Previous space industry or artificial intelligence/AI
experience
Strong collaboration skills with all levels of the organization
