Job Description:
A company is looking for a File Operations Associate to support
customer file transfer workflows and resolve file error
scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve file error and failure scenarios during
customer file transfers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and file
documentation
Monitor file operations dashboard for trends in errors and
collaborate to resolve escalated issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in File Operations or Customer Support in a
technical field or SaaS company
Experience with file structures and file transfer protocols
(SFTP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools like
HubSpot or Salesforce
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience with texting and/or payment solutions is a plus
