Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Counselor I, Federal Service
Center to provide telephonic and chat support to participants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide participant intake triage, consultation, and crisis
intervention services
Educate callers about EAP benefits and link them to appropriate
resources
Document interactions in real time and maintain compliance with
performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field
Independent licensure as a clinical social worker, marriage and
family therapist, or professional counselor
At least 2 years of clinical experience post-degree
Experience in solution-focused counseling and crisis
intervention
Ability to manage caseload and documentation effectively
