Job Description:
A company is looking for a CXO Specialist in the Office of the
Chief Experience Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to members with
complex inquiries
Conduct member outreach and collaborate with various partners to
enhance the member experience
Document member interactions accurately and contribute to team
goals and reporting
Required Qualifications and Education
Two to three years of customer service experience required
Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Three to five years of related experience and/or training
preferred
