Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Customer Assurance
Specialist to manage customer security inquiries and enhance trust
in their security program.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage responses to customer inquiries, including
RFPs and audits
Perform technical assessments and document key controls and
security processes
Support legal teams in contract review and track metrics to
demonstrate progress
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in security, audits, or customer assurance
based on security frameworks
Experience in technical assessments and auditing IT processes
Knowledge of industry best practices for security controls
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) are a
bonus
