Job Description:

A company is looking for a Leave and Disability Examiner to manage and analyze disability and leave claims.

Key Responsibilities

Secure and analyze information to make decisions on short-term and state disability insurance claims
Investigate eligibility and analyze medical conditions to determine benefits entitlement
Coordinate disability and leave decisions while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in office administration or customer service
Familiarity with leave, benefits, or disability claim management preferred
Ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently
