Key Responsibilities
Independently lead small to mid-sized research projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research
objectives
Translate research findings into actionable insights for product
development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI),
or equivalent experience
2-5 years of industry experience in UX research or a related
field
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional
product teams
Strong research portfolio demonstrating various methods and
tangible outcomes
Experience in quantitative research methodologies and data
analysis
