A company is looking for a Welcome Center Specialist II for a
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, verifying
personal information and providing documentation for the relocation
process
Conduct preliminary real estate needs assessments and sell
revenue-generating products and services
Manage referrals and ensure customer satisfaction with assigned
real estate agents
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred
1-2 years of business experience
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus
