Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Operations Specialist to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily number provisioning, porting requests, and messaging
registrations for customers
Ensure customers comply with local country regulations and assist
with onboarding new accounts
Maintain internal knowledge bases and assist with compliance and
administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Background in customer support, compliance, or KYC and account
verification
Willingness to cover specified shift times (15:30-00:00
CET/10:30-19:00 SP time)
Highly organized with a proactive approach to tasks
Empathetic and customer-focused mindset
