Job Description:
A company is looking for a CXO Specialist in the Office of Chief
Experience Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to members and resolve
inquiries efficiently
Conduct member outreach and manage communication preferences
Collaborate with various partners to enhance the member experience
and connect them to appropriate services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Two to three years of customer service experience required
Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Three to five years of related experience and/or training or
equivalent combination of education and experience
