Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Legal Account Manager, Claims
Vendor Management (Hybrid or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead stewardship meetings with vendors and stakeholders to address
performance and opportunities
Manage the onboarding, contracting, and renewal process for legal
vendors
Analyze data to identify trends and drive law firm utilization and
expense mitigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent work
experience
5 - 7 years of claims account management or senior level claims,
insurance, or paralegal law firm experience
Claims litigation experience
Experience managing vendor onboarding and performance
management
Claims designations and/or certifications, paralegal certificate(s)
are a plus
