A company is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst Lead
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor technical team members while managing software
development projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and
deliver technical application support
Develop and enhance software solutions, ensuring alignment with
system requirements and coding standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
6+ years of experience in software development and system
analysis
Proficiency in .NET programming (C#), T-SQL, JavaScript/jQuery,
HTML/CSS, and SQL databases
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or
Waterfall
Strong leadership and mentoring experience
