Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide effective and efficient technical support to customers,
documenting all interactions
Identify issues through troubleshooting and escalate as necessary
while educating customers on product use
Participate in special projects and maintain compliance with
company policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Veterinary industry experience or veterinary clinic experience is
highly preferred
Experience with Practice Information Management Systems like
ImproMed, AVImark, or eVetPractice is strongly desired
High School Degree or GED required
Previous technical support experience is a positive
Experience with computer/software/network troubleshooting is
desired
