to design and maintain core blockchain technology.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain protocols for the Polkadot
blockchain
Contribute to projects that improve performance and lower entry
barriers
Debug complex issues in distributed systems and build test
suites
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Hands-on experience with distributed systems and performance
engineering
Knowledge of software engineering best practices
Ability to drive projects to completion incrementally
Ownership and accountability for long-term work
