Our mobile product Max is a comprehensive lead conversion powerhouse specifically designed for real estate agents and teams.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance and testing on enterprise level applications. You will be the sole Quality Assurance Engineer on a Scrum Team, working closely with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and four Software Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Max product.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Quickly understand and become an expert in our complex and highly-configurable product for real estate professionals.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Software Engineers to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
• Lead the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Provide clear and concise documentation and reporting on testing activities and results.
• Other duties as requested by management.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance working on a large-scale, enterprise level mobile application.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium.
  • Ability to understand complex software products and identify test requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience in the real estate technology industry.
    • Experience working as the sole QA Engineer on a Scrum Team.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.SALARY$85,000 - $110,000 a year. This position is a full-time, in-office position based in Eugene, OR and pays an annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000.This position will remain open through September 6th, 2024.Benefits include the following:
