Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join their
fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the company's goals and incorporate
values into the hiring process
Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing,
interviewing, and hiring candidates
Create recruiting metrics to guide hiring efforts and provide
regular updates to the team
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience recruiting for medical roles in a
high-growth environment
Experience in sourcing strategy and managing candidate
pipelines
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Experience managing the full recruiting cycle
Experience in behavioral health recruitment is a plus
