Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to attract and
acquire top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, product, and
design roles
Partner with the CTO and functional leaders to understand hiring
needs and execute recruiting processes
Proactively attract and engage talent through various sourcing
strategies
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in tech
recruiting
Experience in owning the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing
to signing
Background in early-stage tech startups with fast growth
Strong command of candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other
resources
Expertise in leading talent acquisition tools such as Greenhouse
and LinkedIn Recruiter
