Job Description:
Coast Restaurant Group in Newport, Oregon is currently seeking
an experienced Executive Chef to join our Clearwater Restaurant
team in Newport, Oregon. As an Executive Chef, you will be
responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu
planning, food quality, kitchen management, and more. Job
Expectations: Develop and execute creative and innovative menu
offerings Manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals Ensure
high standards of food quality and sanitation Lead and mentor
culinary staff to achieve excellence Collaborate with management
team on strategic planning and business development Implement
sustainable practices in food sourcing and waste reduction Stay
updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu
offerings Conduct regular training sessions for staff on food
safety and sanitation practices Participate in community events and
culinary competitions to promote the restaurant Be fully able to
communicate in Spanish and English with the team Company
