DescriptionJoin our Hospice team at PeaceHealth!We are hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support our Hospice patients providing direct patient care, joining a team of 3 physicians, and 1 Nurse Practitioner.Busy practice (200 - 230 patients)Face to face visits with patients for re-certification of hospice servicesWorking closely with PeaceHealth community nursing team, general inpatient and inpatient support of end-of-life careOn call rotation 1:4 Monday - MondayCollaborative team environmentEugene, Oregon ranked 9th on the Livability Top 100 Best Places to Live.
