A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various groups to answer clinical questions and collect necessary medical data for assessments
Coordinate timely communication of case decisions to healthcare professionals and patients
Review cases and provide clinical decisions regarding prior authorizations and related requests

Required Qualifications

Licensed Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence
Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2-5 years preferred
Knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, and Visio is preferable
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
