- BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician- 40+ provider multispecialty group- M-F 7-4 or 8-5- 18-22 patients per day in clinic- Option for outpatient only- Most providers also see the practice's patients in the hospital- Inpatient call is 4 days out of every 6 weeks. 8am-5pm. No clinic when on call. - Athena EMR- Clinic is set up in teams of 2 MDs and 1 PA- 32 clinic hrs and one admin day per week- Base pay of $264,000 plus bonuses based on productivity beyond MGMA average- Full benefits: family health insurance, vision, dental, disability- 401k with 6% match- 144 hrs PTO- 5 days CME plus $7000 annual stipend - $25,000 sign on- $15,000 relocation- For residents: $1500/mo stipend available for remainder of training- Qualifies for HHSC or state loan repayment programs- Physician run organization with an outstanding work culture- Fantastic location in Eastern Oregon about an hour south or Eugene- Enjoy incredible lifestyle.
