A company is looking for a Senior Medical Coding Service
Integrity Associate to join their Medical Coding team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and deliver insights
to stakeholders
Design solutions that prioritize automation and enhance operational
efficiency
Lead projects aimed at improving client and operational outcomes
while managing stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required
3+ years of experience in Medical Coding
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SQL experience preferred
