Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health and Psychosocial
Support Consultant to enhance the integration of MHPSS within
health programming.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a rapid assessment of current MHPSS programming
capacities
Develop a tailored MHPSS intervention framework aligned with global
standards
Create an implementation action plan and capacity building
framework for MHPSS
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, public
health, or a related field
Substantial experience in MHPSS programming in humanitarian or
development contexts
Strong understanding of global MHPSS frameworks and guidelines
Experience conducting needs assessments and program evaluations
Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings
