Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Clinical Operations to lead
and manage clinical study management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to build a high-performing clinical study
management team and optimize resources
Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of clinical trial protocols
while maintaining compliance and quality
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support
clinical trial execution and resource allocation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Postgraduate degree in life sciences, business, or a related
field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Clinical Trial Operations,
including global oncology clinical trials
Proven proficiency in managing multi-phase and diverse clinical
trials from initiation to completion
Extensive management experience in clinical trial settings with a
strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
PMP certification is a plus; an MBA is preferred
