  Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
  Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
  ACLS required.
  Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred.
  NOTE: Telemetry monitoring is available for patients requiring stable cardiac monitoring. Experience required
