• Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support, ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, CHEMO - Chemotherapy, TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course certifications information provided.
• Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start.
  • Job Details
  • Performs Nuclear Medicine Procedures in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Shift: 8:15-1845 Mon, Tues, Fri and 0700-1730 Thurs.
    • Job Requirements
    • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
    • One (1) year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
    • Must be currently licensed in Nuclear Medicine with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI).
    • Must be registered in Nuclear Medicine with either the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 6 months of hire.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the AHA within 90 days of hire.
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
    • Must pass a Basic Cardiac Monitoring class (offered at Salem Health) within 4 months of hire.
    • Must be capable of operating state of the art Nuclear Medicine gamma cameras, probe and computer systems, film processors, survey meters, and other technical supportive devices.
      • Schedule Information
      • 5x8 Hour 0800-1630
      • Traveler take call/standby after hours.
        • Additional Details
        • Clear copy of drivers license or state ID or passport (if drivers license is unavailable) as Accounting Document required.
        • Proof of name change required if there is a discrepancy (must be on file and in process on the license).
        • Education Verification Release/Consent required for non-licensed providers, PCA, PCT's. Not Required for: Monitor Techs.
