Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and reinvigorate the current JD Edwards (JDE) ERP implementation project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing end-to-end global JDE v9.2 Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing projects for manufacturing companies.
This role requires a proactive and assertive individual with exceptional organizational, methodological, and communication skills.
The ability to effectively interact with technical teams, senior management, stakeholders, and business users is essential.
Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of JD Edwards ERP implementation projects, bringing them back on track by addressing delays and aligning with the organization's objectives.
Manage and oversee all phases of JDE v9.2 implementations, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules, across global operations.
Develop, refine, and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Drive tasks, deliverables, and scope adjustments, ensuring adherence to project milestones and organizational priorities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues while proactively managing dependencies and project constraints.
Lead project status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive presentations to communicate progress and address challenges.
Enforce adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, or traditional frameworks as appropriate.
Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

10+ years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on JD Edwards ERP implementations.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end global JDE v9.2 Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing projects for manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of JD Edwards ERP modules, integrations, and configurations specific to manufacturing environments.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and methodological skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Assertive and self-motivated, with a proven ability to drive accountability and deliver results.
Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and reporting platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in troubleshooting and realigning delayed ERP projects.
Knowledge of global manufacturing business processes and best practices.
Familiarity with JDE ERP integrations and data migration strategies.
Background in Agile methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
