Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Payor
Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive
growth
Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers and
negotiate partnership agreements
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against established
KPIs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance management or
strategic partnership development
Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance landscape and payer
dynamics
Proven track record of successful partnerships with major insurance
providers
Experience with clinician credentialing and delegation
agreements
