Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to
drive customer success and retention among enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and
technical stakeholders at enterprise customers
Drive customer adoption and value realization through proactive
strategies and education on best practices
Manage a portfolio of $5M+ ARR, focusing on renewals, expansions,
and alignment with customer business goals
Required Qualifications:
Proven success managing $5M+ portfolios in enterprise B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of WordPress and/or related technologies
Experience in digital transformation projects, particularly with
content management systems
Background in driving renewals with accountability for retention
and expansion goals
Ability to mentor and inspire team members while collaborating
across technical and business teams
