A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Small
Law.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze product usage data to improve customer satisfaction and
retention rates
Develop and implement onboarding and training initiatives for small
law firm customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs
are met
Required Qualifications
Law degree or formal legal education, or substantial experience
working with law firms
Experience in a Customer Success role or similar customer-facing
position
Interest in learning about new technology and software,
particularly generative AI
Experience training and interacting with customers regularly
Personable with a positive attitude and a desire to help
customers
