Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Master Data Manager to
oversee customer information management and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation, modification, and deletion of customer
records
Implement data quality tools and methodologies to resolve
discrepancies and audit customer data
Manage data migration projects and ensure compliance with data
privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information
management, or related field
Proven experience in data management, preferably in a
customer-centric environment
Minimum of 1-3 years of leadership experience
Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory
compliance
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics
365
