A company is looking for a Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager
to support their Product-Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers, overseeing day-to-day
activities
Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new
features
Encourage modern design practices and uphold Agile
methodologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience with expertise in building
Enterprise applications
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3,
JavaScript, and frameworks like React
Experience with AWS services and solid understanding of DevOps
practices
Skilled in database design and development, including NoSQL
databases
